The 26th Hong Kong International Autumn Lighting Fair has officially opened
On October 27, the 26th Hong Kong International Autumn Lighting Fair opened at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Following that, on October 29, the 9th Hong Kong International Outdoor and Tech Lighting Expo also commenced at the AsiaWorld-Expo. Both exhibitions share the theme "Light·Alive," featuring around 3,000 exhibitors from over 20 countries and regions, showcasing a range of innovative products and solutions that blend lighting with daily life.
This year's Autumn Lighting Fair gathered over 2,156 companies, including Japan's JDI, Finland's LEDiL, the Netherlands' Signify, Austria's Tridonic, and China's TUYA Smart. Notably, more than 50 companies, such as Poland's TOPMET and Australia's Zencontrol, are participating for the first time. The fair features over 3,700 products across various display areas, including the "Connected Lighting Pavilion," "Hall of Famous Lights," "LED Lighting Components," "LED Lighting," "Commercial Lighting," and "Home Lighting."
Noteworthy is the upgrade of last year's "Connected Lighting" section to the "Connected Lighting Hall," highlighting the market's demand for high-quality designs and innovative smart solutions. The "Lighting Collection Corridor" gathers innovative lighting products and technologies from around 540 top global brands, including Megaman from Germany, Rio (Wei Ao Lighting) from Hong Kong, Prosperity Group, and LEEDARSON from Mainland China.
This year, the Outdoor and Technology Lighting Expo has introduced a new exhibition area for "Smart Lamp Posts and Solutions," showcasing innovative solutions that optimize energy efficiency and enhance quality of life. This exhibition showcases a wide array of innovative lighting products and solutions, aimed at enhancing the user lighting experience and leading the future trend of smart lighting.
Within the ecosystem display area, the collaboration between Overseas New Design and Tuya has resulted in an efficient and energy-saving parking lot lighting solution. At this exhibition, SHYLON showcased its three major technological product segments: "Superhigh Optical Architecture," "Zoomneo Color Algorithm," and "Anecast Laser Imaging," demonstrating the light and shadow aesthetics reshaped through lighting art to visitors from both domestic and international markets.
Additionally, the company presented its outdoor laser projector, which achieves high-resolution outdoor projection. This product uses only 180 watts of power and can easily deliver high-definition video output. Compared to traditional LED display screens, it saves nearly 45% in energy consumption.
TOPSTAR: Integrated Design Simplifies Inventory Management
At this exhibition, TOPSTAR introduced a newly designed, innovative dual-use ceiling light for new buildings. Not only does it feature a unique aesthetic design, but it also simplifies inventory management for supermarkets, contractors, and distributors through its integrated design concept, effectively reducing the number of SKUs in stock.
To give visitors a deeper understanding of the product features, TOPSTAR set up a DIY experience zone where visitors could try assembling the light fixtures themselves and enjoy the process from design to completion. At this year's Autumn Lighting Expo, RISHANG showcased several new COB LED strip products through micro-scene application displays, tailored to meet the needs of different countries and markets worldwide.
In addition, the company presented its innovative products, including the COB high-protection series, neon LED strip series, modular wall washer lights, and 360° neon LED strips. At this Hong Kong Autumn Lighting Exhibition, Merrytek showcased several flagship products in the "Famous Lighting Gallery" and presented an all-scenario smart lighting control solution. The Light and Color Shadowing Intelligent Lighting System employs a Light Shadow mixing algorithm, and through AI technology, it captures rich colors from images to link lighting with visuals. By using an HDMI synchronizer to capture video signals, the system achieves synchronized lighting and shadow effects, providing not just basic health lighting, but also creating a unique color atmosphere that enhances the emotional value of the space.
