In the field of urban infrastructure management, Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province is quietly stepping into a new paradigm of intelligent governance. Recently, the first "Lamp Pole Integrated Drone Inspection Station" in Yangzhou, built and operated by Yangzhou Big Data Group, was officially put into operation.

"AI + Drone" Smart Streetlights
This project uses urban streetlight poles as the foundational carrier and innovatively integrates drones equipped with dual-mode sensors featuring 4K ultra-high-definition imaging and infrared thermal imaging. This "cutting-edge technology" combination is highly significant, as it can perform millimeter-level precision inspections of road facilities, landscaping maintenance, lighting systems, and construction areas within a 3-kilometer radius. It marks the official entry of Yangzhou's urban infrastructure management into a new era of "integration of air, ground, and space."
"AI + Drone" Smart Streetlights
As a key component of Yangzhou's urban lifeline safety project and the city's first "Drone + Smart Streetlight" integration project, Yangzhou Big Data Group has leveraged its technological advantages to upgrade the traditional manual inspection model using AI visual algorithms and 5G real-time transmission technology. This innovation enables "fully automated 24-hour patrols," enhancing inspection efficiency by 10 times compared to traditional manual methods and improving hazard detection accuracy by 500%, thus providing a solid guarantee for the city's safe operation.

Urban Lifeline - Drone Platform
In terms of actual performance, the drone currently has a daily patrol time of up to 35 minutes. During the patrol, the AI visual algorithm identifies various issues and potential hazards such as road construction, manhole cover displacement, and lighting faults. Once a problem is detected, the images captured by the drone are transmitted in real-time to the Urban Lifeline Platform. The platform then combines the image information, promptly issues work orders, and arranges personnel for on-site verification. This creates a full-cycle management system from "problem detection - order issuance - resolution - acceptance," effectively addressing urban management challenges.

In the future, Yangzhou Big Data Group will continue to adhere to the innovation-driven development philosophy, relying on the urban lifeline safety project as a foundation. The group will constantly explore new paths and models for smart city construction, providing more innovative and competitive high-quality services and solid support for smart city development, digital economy, and other fields. This will help accelerate Yangzhou's progress in the smart city construction race.
